Some useful information for our guests:

• Arrival with your own caravan, camper or tent is possible in the periods 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. The pitch can be chosen freely with prior consultation of the management. The pitch must be vacated between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. An extra day will be charged for later departures.
• The availability of booked accommodation is guaranteed from 3 p.m. We ask you to show us your booking confirmation on arrival. You must vacate your accommodation by 9 a.m.
• On arrival, each guest gets a camping pass in the form of an armband, which is to avoid entrance of non-residents and to guarantee our guests free passage in both camping sites and the swimming pool.
• Between 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 11.p.m. – 7.a.m. there are quiet periods which must be observed. During these periods it is not allowed to drive a motor vehicle.
• The swimming pool is opened from 10 a.m. – 0.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. It is not obligatory to wear a bathing cap.
• Our night-watchman patrols from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m.
• You can buy tickets for the bus or the ferry in the tabaccheria (tobacco shop).
• There is a bike rental outlet 100m from the campsites.

Reception: 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Information office and reservations: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Cash point: 8 a.m. – 12 a.m. and 4 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.
